August 2008	Mapping , cooking, patrol expedition , proficiency badges, cub-bulbul utsav/pratham sopan test gadgets estimation , march past
Sept. 2008	Dwitiya sopan test, songs, help in community work (pulse polio etc) different games, compass and direction rules.
Oct 2008	Tritiya sopan test, log book completion.. proficiency badges, revision or rehearsal of previous activities camp fire--one night stay in the vidyalaya.
Nov. 2008	Preparation for Rajya puraskar/rashtrapati puraskar.nine rules (gem) of scouting, new yells.
Dec. 20078	Story of Tara/ Mogali, games. B..P. six exercises, different knots.
Jan. 2009	New year celebration in troop meeting. March past rehearsal, and other routine activities.
Feb 2009	Birthday celebration of Lord B.P. and Lady B.P. On 22 Feb. All faith prayer. Closing ceremony of yearly activities.

Anti polythene Compain

To make campus polythene free members of Eco club will collect the polythene bags from different areas of school campus / surroundings and dump them outside the vidyalaya campus. The secretary SUPW Tr. Sh. A.K.Saxena will also compain this activity.

BHARAT SCOUT & GUIDE K.V. GAIL UNIT , ACHIEVEMENT OF SESSION 2007-08 

1) CUB-BULBUL UTSAV 

                6 Ccubs & 6 Bulbuls participated at K.V. NO.3 at Gwalior w.e.f 2.11.07 to 4.11.07 our cubs participated in each activity and won prizes in Fancy Dress Competition, Song Competition and Obeyed cubs rules during the utsav Mr. D.P.Dinesh CM & Ms. Megha Sharma escorted.

 2) PRATHAM SOPAN TEST      

            16 scouts participated at the school level test in the month of December 2007 and written test was conducted on 13.12.07 out of these 14 scouts passed.   

3) DWITIYA SOPAN TEST 

            8 scouts participated at K.V. No. 2 Gwalior w.e.f. 6.12.07 to 8.12.07. All the scouts passed in the test. Mr. O.N.Tiwari SM   escorted the scouts. 

4) TRITIYA SOPAN TEST                                                     

             7 scouts participated at the K.V. NO.1 at the Indore w.e.f.2.10.07 to 4.10.07. Mr. O.N.Tiwari SM' escorted the scouts. All the participants passed in the test. 

5) Flag day celebration on 7.11.07 with   pomp and show. 

6) B.P. BIRTHDAY 

            Celebration on 22 Feb. 2008 Lord B.P. and Lady B.P. birthday. Many activities, songs ,play, yells, claps made the ceremony memorable.  Despite these we actively made a meeting weekly on Wednesday during the mass P.T. period and taught scouts & guides as per their syllabus.

7) One day Hike-

          On 22^nd Feb. 2007 our 80 scouts and guides escorted by three scouters and two guide captains  teacher went on a hike. The place was Hanuman Tekari, situated about 2km away from the Vidyalaya.
