01.	Sale of Registration forms	15.02.2010 to 20.03.2010 Forms can be obtained from the Vidyalaya office between 9.00 am to 1.00 pm in working days only on payment of Rs. 100/- each form
02.	Last date of submission of Registration forms	On or before 20.03.2010
03.	Declaration of List & Admission for class I	25.03.2010 to 31.03.2010
04	Age eligibility	Minimum 5 years as on 31.03.2010 Maximum 7 years as on 31.03.2010

NOTE:- Incomplete form will be rejected.

Documents to be submitted with Registration form:

Birth certificate issued by NAGAR PALIKA (MUNICIPAL COROPORATION)
For SC/ST Candidates:- attested photocopy of Caste Certificate
Pay Slip of Jan. 2010 month for Govt. Employee / Income Certificate issued from Competent Authority for Non Govt. Employees.
Attestation by the department for the proof of Category in Given proforma 6(A) SERVICE CERTIFICATE & (B) TRANSFER DETAILS CERTIFICATE
