This vidyalayais located at GAIL premises. It is a project
vidyalaya. It was founded in April 1992 with the aim to admit the
children of the employees of GAIL and other transferable central
and state governments. Over the last decade our school won itself
an enviable reputaitono of maintaing high standards in areas
nearby it and more so in KVS.
Our vidyalaya is a co-educationnal secular school affiliated to Central Board Secondary Education (CBSE). The school no. is 03244 .The CBSE affiliation number of our is 1000064. About 374 students are studying here at present.

The
Kendriya Vidyalayas are run by the Kendriya
Vidyalaya Sangathan,
an autonomous body formed by the Ministry of Education, (H.R.D.) Govt. of India,
New Delhi. As result of the recommendations of the second Pay Commission. They
Primarily cater to the educational needs of the children of Central Govt.
Employees including Defence Personnel and floating population liable to frequent
transfers throughout the country. Needless to say, therefore they have common
syllabus and are affiliated to the Central Board of
Secondary Education, New Delhi.
